Chapter Text
It all started in a Thursday afternoon, where Saparata, Micro, and Jophiel were on their way to the entrance of their local grocery store to simply buy the stuff they needed back home.
Saparata took a step inside the structure, and relaxed at the smell of the familiar scent of nothingness and the cool air that blew through his hair. He pretty much knew this place from hell to back.
Ever since he was little, he'd go with his mother to the store and excitedly run around with Micro while Jophiel chased them around, bumping into employees who did not even try to stop them.
Now that he's a grown man (14 years old), he thought it was embarrassing. But his twin on the other hand-
“MICRO, We are NOT going to chase you again!” Jophiel yelled out, snapping Saparata out of his thoughts. His eyes followed Jophiel's stretched out index finger that was pointing at Micro, who was getting ready to use a cart as his personal vehicle.
“Aw man,” Micro sighed, getting off the cart before reluctantly dragging it to his older siblings. “I was about to have fun...” He complained.
Jophiel smacked in head in response.
This is going to be a long day...
“Are we done yet... I have a pokemon tournament to watch” Micro groaned, but Jophiel knew the boy too well that he just wanted to sleep in bed.
“We're not done yet,” Jophiel replies just to spite the boy “We still need some more stuff”
“We've been here for HALF AN HOUR!”
“Actually, we've been here for ten minutes” Saparata corrects.
Micro looked at him in horror.
“WHAT DO YOU MEAN TEN MINUTES?!”
“Saps, did you find some drinks?” Micro whispered, as Jophiel was picking out some canned food in a distance.
“No,” Saparata responded “I don't wanna get my ass beaten again...”
Micro grumbled, before leaning on the cart. “This is so boring.”
“You're only saying this because you can't run around”
“Correction, mess around with the fish” Micro pointed at a tank, that was not that far from where they were standing at.
Saparata rolled his eyes. “But you're not wrong though, it is quite boring”
When Jophiel came back to her brothers, she placed the cans on the cart. Then she called out for Saparata's name.
Saparata perked up, before going to the eldest. “Yeah? What's up?”
“I think I saw a classmate of yours” She says, pointing at a random guy that was waiting on a counter.
Saparata's heart raced, his eyes squinting to look at the said person.
‘Oh Ish, what now...’
To Saparata's relief, it was just a random student that had a uniform that was slightly similar to his school.
“Jo, that's a guy from another school” Saparata chuckled, letting out a sigh of relief.
“What? What do you mean?”
“It's just some guy who has a similar uniform as our school”
“No, I meant Fluixon”
Saparata's face fell, and he felt as if everything came crashing down.
There he was, Fluixon Devante Aculon, standing right beside the random student he was looking at. Of course fate decided to make some sick joke worse than death—meeting a classmate in public spaces.
“What.”
Micro overhead the conversation, and snickered. “Oooouuuu, Flu-” Saparata punched him on the gut before he could finish the name. “OW!”
Ah yes, Fluixon Devante Aculon.
The youngest son of Elanuelo Aculon.
The younger brother of Ender Aculon.
The younger brother of Cynikka Aculon.
The top student in his class.
The leader of The Conspiracy.
The boy he had accidentally made into an enemy.
And the same boy who caught his heart.
...And mauled it with a knife.
A dripstone, even. Saparata knew that boy loved dripstone as much as he loved his father.
And fate decided to doom him.
"C'mon, Saps," Jophiel says, finally looking up after organizing the stuff on the cart. "Let's go before you-"
"He's already up and running" Micro says, pointing at Saparata now 20 steps away from them. And of course, in the chips isle.
Jophiel sighed, rolling her eyes. "Let's go follow him, before he decides to kill himself"
Both siblings ended up finding the boy in the comfort room.
How? Fluixon started looking at their direction because Cynikka came back. Saparata thought he was looking RIGHT AT HIM and just dipped out.
Classic Saps.
“Saps! Come on, the line's getting long!” Jophiel yelled out, while Micro stayed by the cart in case it gets stolen. like an incident before.
“Nope! Hell no!” Saparata's muffled yells inside could be heard. It was a good thing that there was only one stall for the boys comfort room, because it would be humiliating to loudly call for your sibling while people take a piss.
Sighing in deafeat, Jophiel went back to the other twin.
“Micro, can you do anything to get him out??” Jophiel asked, exasperated.
“Maybe tell him Fluixon left” Micro shrugged.
Jophiel eventually went back and knocked the door of the comfort room again. “Fluixon left. We just saw him go out.”
Eventually, Saparata unlocked the door and came out. Simple as that.
Maybe we should've tried that sooner.
Jophiel was snapped back when Saparata screamed like he was dying.
Before she knew what was happening, Micro leaped on the boy and wrestled him on the floor, as if he was restraining him so he wouldn't run into the comfort room again.
“MICRO LET GO OF ME!” Saparata yelled, his hand flying at every angle he could think of.
“I am NOT LETTING YOUR FLUSTERED ASS MAKE ME WAIT FOR HOURS IN THE LINE!” Micro shot back, pinning the older twin on the floor.
Despite being the younger twin, Micro was a bit stronger than Saparata.
The missing tooth from when Saparata was 6 can prove it.
From afar, a senior year student was walking down with their younger brother, carrying groceries.
“Ugh, can't your lazy ass help your dearest older sister?” They complained.
The boy next to them shrugged, looking around the place.
Eventually, they were near the exit when suddenly, a loud scream echoed through a part of the store. The two siblings would've shit themselves right there, both looking at themselves with knowing looks.
The security guards seemed to pick it up, but they didn't care. As if it was normal to them.
Out of curiosity, the younger boy peeked around and sees a white haired boy, wrestling... another white haired boy, while a taller and older girl watches in both annoyance and embarrassment.
Fluixon knew who that screaming boy was.
“Hey isn't that Saparata?” Cynikka asks. “Jophiel's younger brother... I think?”
“Yeah, her younger brother,” Fluixon responds, nodding. “And the bane of my existence”
Cynikka raised a brow, questioning why, before remembering. “Ah, the incident. Hm?”
“It's best if we leave. They might notice us” Fluixon bluntly says, already walking to the exit.
Cynikka looks at the three siblings, before they eventually left.
Micro notices that they were gone, so he lets go of his twin, who was howling and wheezing for air.
“I think you've overdone it” Jophiel says, handing both her siblings a helping hand.
Micro stood up first, brushing off the possible dust on his shirt. “That's what he gets for making me wait here for five minutes...”
The rest of their time was spent on waiting for the line, which was surprisingly short.
They waited for the groceries to be put in bags, they paid, then they walked off.
The siblings arrive at their home, and after unpacking the groceries and smuggling each other's chips and drinks, they spend the rest of the day doing their own things.
Jophiel hanging out with her friends.

Saparata hoped that it would be the last time he ever saw a classmate—let alone Fluixon—in a public space.
But the gods above weren't done with him.
