Summary
Set during the Dream Raiders Arc:
A scientist noticed that during sleep, people are known to take suggestions and are vulnerable to change, to better Academy City, and to help lower-level Espers grow. Unfortunately, there was no way to prove this theory until Indian Poker cards were released to the public.
Anyone can learn new tricks or give someone a dirty dream. Sharing experiences with each other was perfect, but this scientist realized something: in the land of dreams, one can even make any girl experience the joys of sex and change their viewpoints to make them fall in love.
Then I thought it came to him, as footage of the Daihasei Festival played on his T.V. With this power, could he make his dream come true? He has been in love with the third ranked, level five Misaka Mikoto since she first appeared. To program her dreams to make her into his slutty wife would be marvelous; all he needed was bait to get his butterfly into his web of lust.
