   Summary

   Scott reads a lot of murder books. Serial killers make him feel... not so obsessive. He's still pretty obsessive, though. Good thing Kip is very patient.

    

   “I just feel like I have to understand this guy!” Scott had insisted when Kip lightly teased him for the repeat reads of one of the most chilling killers he’d heard of so far from his murder-obsessed boyfriend. And he didn’t mind, not really, he could take the brutality and the dark subject matter because it meant Scott was glitter-eyed and excited and that was more than enough reason to sit in patient, loving silence and let him get it all out. Now and again, though, he does offer perspective.

   “You want to understand someone who hunted and killed people for sport?” Kip had asked him flatly and Scott had pursed his mouth and stammered for a bit before simply nodding.
