    And the other two would simply stare at her cuddled frame and smile, gentle, happy, and content, before looking back at the TV. Because they knew Rumi would say something if it changed. Ever since the night of the Idol Awards, when Zoey and Mira finally sat with Rumi and talked their feelings out, when the pain and betrayal and hurt was all laid out to bear, all they’ve ever wanted was just peace and quiet.

    So now, three months into their year-long hiatus, they didn’t expect for Rumi to say quietly, during their many frequent movie nights, “My favorite part of being in HUNTR/X is coming home to you guys.”
