It was an understatement to say Bobby was nervous about the girls' announcement, fearing a negative reaction that would hurt them all so much—and despite their smiles, he knew they were scared too.
And, sure, there were some assholes out there who kicked up a fuss and decided to leave the fandom ("Good riddance is all I can say," Mira had muttered as she blocked someone being rude to her online, whilst Zoey started posting even more selfies of the three of them together in part to spite those people), but overall Bobby was blown away by how much positivity he saw from fans around the world, people supporting his girls and thanking them for spreading awareness of being a throuple (he still remembered Rumi crying after a teenage girl messaged her online, telling her that she finally felt brave enough to tell her family about her two partners) and just being the wonderful fans they all loved.
And when he saw #WeLovePolytrix trending online, Bobby's heart soared and he sent the girls a screenshot of their new ship name.
