   Summary

A routine away mission ends in disaster when Captain Kathryn Janeway and Seven of Nine crash land on an unknown planet after an ionic storm. With no contact to Voyager and Janeway seriously injured, Seven has no choice but to take on the role of protector, medic, and sole source of survival.

But what happens when protocols fail and something that cannot be calculated arises between pain, silence, and alien wilderness?
And how does a situation in which only the two of them remain change everything they thought they knew about each other?
