A ship crash lands in an empty landscape, leaving the pilot stranded. And despite their best hopes, the pilot was to be the one to fix and rebuild it. It was just a matter of jumping hurdles. But which hurdles are hardest, ones that lay in front of you, or ones that trip your mind? A psychological barrier, no matter how soft, will feel like a brick wall if you hit it hard enough.
This story is my first ever publication on any website. I have been writing for some time, but only now am I putting my work out there for all to see. I hope you enjoy reading it, and let me know what you think!
