Summary
Mike has another sister – Leyla – besides Abby. She always was a rowdy child and a thorn in their fathers eye. When they were younger, their father needed money and that fast. He found a way to sell one of his children to the military for a quick buck. The decision wasn´t hard as one child wouldn´t be missed as much as the other. So, Leyla got sent out to serve their country at the tender age of 14 and against all odds, came back. She then took over the family and started protecting Mike and Abby with everything she has, when she isn´t currently deployed.
She comes back of a deployment during the events of the second movie. Mike behaves like an adult and doesn´t cut Vanessa off after everything. Vanessa then wants to know what Michael is up to and asks Leyla to keep taps on him. This can only go wrong in so many ways. Especially since Michael seems to be a sucker for woman who could crush him.
