Summary
Japan has been under the thumb of the illusive Golden Mafia for the last 20 years, and in more recent times, their influence has only grown. Sirius Symboli is a police officer who wants to do right but is forced to ignore the blatant wrong doings in the nearby red light district. So her colleague and childhood friend Rudolf, offers a way for them to possibly solve issues without the badge.
Unfortunately Sirius will meet Nakayama Festa and, oh lord, is that not good for her.
