An Orange-haired man smoking a cigarette in white and multiple men in black walking into From Dust Till Dawn. They walk right up to the counter, one of the men in black - Junior’s Goons aims a gun at the shopkeep. The man in white - Roman Torchwick, takes the cigarette out of his mouth.
Roman Torchwick: Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a dust shop open this late?
Shopkeep: Please! Just take my lien and leave!
Roman Torchwick: Calm down, we’re not here for your money. (He turns to the goons) Grab the Dust.
Junior’s Goons begin to rob the store of its dust, one notices a girl in a red hood facing the opposite direction. She is listening to ‘Gaston’ on her headphones.
Goon: (Pulling out a blade) Alright, kid. Put your hands where I can see them.
The girl doesn’t move, not hearing him.
Goon: Hey, I said hands in the air! (He pulls down her hood) You got a death wish or some…
The girl turns around to reveal her face: her short black hair that slowly fades into red, and her glimmering silver eyes with heart pupils. The goon stumbled backwards.
Goon: It’s- it’s Ruby Rose!
The other goons (excluding Roman, for some reason) run towards him, alerted at the potential spotting of Ruby herself. They all jump in shock at the sighting of her, then run towards her excitedly.
Ruby Rose: Er..do I know any of you people?
Goon 2: I can’t believe I’m robbing a store with THE Ruby Rose in it! Can you sign my gun!?
Goon 3: No way, I should get an autograph first!
Goon: I saw her first, I should-
Ruby Rose: Wait, you guys are robbing this place?
The goons share nervous mumbles.
Goon 4: Do you…mind?
All the men are thrown out the window, Ruby jumps out and unfolds her weapon; Crescent Rose. Roman looks through the window, and gazes in awe for a moment before snapping out of it.
Roman Torchwick: Ruby Rose.. (walking towards her) Words cannot describe how honoured I am to meet you…You’re even more majestic in person.
Ruby Rose: I’ve already gotten rid of the rest of the robbers! Surrender now!
Roman Torchwick: As you wish, Ruby. (He puts his hands in the air, Ruby walks past him and points to From Dust Till Dawn. Roman turns around to face her.)
Ruby Rose: You’re gonna clean up the mess you and your friends made, and give back everything you tried to steal! Then, you’re all gonna turn yourselves over to the police!
Roman Torchwick: Of course! Come on boys, we have work to do. (He walks back into From Dust Till Dawn, some of the goons begin to wake up.)
Shopkeep: Oh my Gods! Ruby Rose just saved my store!
Ruby Rose: Oh it was noth-
Shopkeep: (He runs up and gives her a bunch of Lien) Please, take all my money! You need it more than I do!
Ruby Rose: Oh, wow..(She takes it gracefully) thanks!
???: I guess we finally have a good reason to send you to Beacon.
A blonde woman in professional clothing - Glynda Goodwitch, walks over to her. Ruby looks at Glynda in surprise.
Ruby Rose: You’re a huntress!
Glynda Goodwitch: And you’re Ruby Rose.
…
Both: Can I have your autograph?
Both Glynda Goodwitch and Ruby Rose are now in a pitch black room, signing their names on each other’s weapons.
An old man wearing a black suit with a green scarf walks in - Headmaster Ozpin, with two plates of cookies and puts them on the table. Ruby hesitates for a moment, but eagerly digs in.
Ozpin: Miss Rose, it is an honour to meet you.
Ruby Rose: Oh, uh. I am likewise! Wait, is that right? I don’t think that’s right. I mean it is likewise to..wait no-
Ozpin: For years now we and the other huntsman academics have been looking for excuses to accept you into our school early. The public were afraid that putting a child in harm's way might lead to us losing the treasure to Remnant that is You; that would send the whole world into anarchy.
Ruby Rose: (She perks up in excitement) Really? I’ve always wanted to be a huntress! I was gonna apply to beacon right after graduating from Signal!
Ozpin: Is that so? That's excellent news. We wouldn’t know what to do if you didn’t even want to go.
Glynda Goodwitch: (Whispering to Ruby) Between you and me, he would’ve broken down crying immediately after you left.
Ozpin: Glynda, is this something I should know?
Glynda Goodwitch: (She straightens up) It’s nothing important, Sir.
Ozpin: …Anyways, thanks to your efforts in taking down one of the most notorious criminals in all of Remnant, we are able to let you into Beacon 2 years early.
Ruby Rose: (Her eyes widen, and she squeals)
Now at Vale Airship, Ruby Rose is surrounded by many students excited to meet her. Ruby is attempting to find her sister in the crowd.
Ruby Rose: (Trying to avoid the huge crowd of people) Cmooon, where are you sis?
Then, she notices a shine of gold hair she’d only notice on one person.
Ruby Rose: Yang! (Yang turns around smiles) Aren’t you a sight for sore eyes..people have been following me since I’ve come on this ship!
Yang Xiao-Long: Hey Rubes! I can’t say I’m surprised, you are THE Ruby Rose!
Ruby Rose: People have been saying that all day too! I don’t get it! I don’t think I’ve done anything special yet, and I can’t be the only Ruby Rose in the world, Ruby is a pretty common name!
Yang Xiao-Long: But you have done something special…you’ve been the BEST sister in the whole world! (She envelopes Ruby in a strangling hug)
Ruby Rose: Can’t…breathe…
Random: (Gasp) She’s trying to strangle Ruby Rose!
Random 2: Get her!
Yang drops Ruby in surprise at the sudden wave of students coming at her.
Ruby Rose: Wait! This is a misunderstanding!
Dozens of students run at Yang at full speed, forcing her to run away, Ruby chases after her and the students, trying to explain that Yang’s hugs are just Like That.
Meanwhile, a holographic projector is showing the Vale News Network, which details the amazing glamorous extraordinary awesome shining beautiful divine Ruby Rose’s triumphant victory against Roman Torchwick.. and something about the White Fang going violent or whatever.
The vomits of a boy wearing terrible armour also go unheard.
