Summary
Robert Robertson has two identities.
His main one is Mecha Man. A famed superhero who fights in a giant robot suit.
But he has a... darker secret identity that he can't keep in check. They call him The Phoenix Slayer, a serial killer who targets those who would pray on the weak and innocent.
After a failed attempt to capture Shroud, he loses his Mech suit. After awakening from his four month long coma, he loses his Killing Room after the police find it. And someone stole his blood slide trophies!
When it seems that all hope is lost for him, Blonde Blazer appears and offers him a job at SDN as a Dispatcher for a group of reformed villains called the Z-Team. And his Uncle Chase is more than happy to help him too.
But can The Phoenix Slayer successfully lead the Phoenix Program? Will Robert be successfully able to keep his homicidal urges involving punishing criminals at bay? And, most important question of all, how long until the others find out they're working with Mecha Man, who may or may not also be The Phoenix Slayer?
