Chapter Text
Every 7.4 days SCP-MOON undergoes a change and or transformation in accordance with the moon's cycle.
SCP-MOON-0 alias ‘PearlescentMoo is a 27-28 year old female of Australian descent with iridescent neon green eyes , a white shirt , teal green shorts and a dark green hoodie resembling gator scales although there are theories it could be other anomalous material (given the recent discovery of ‘skulk’ and ‘glow squid ink’) and a relatively stiff posture. SCP-MOON-0 also boasts two sets of golden piercings, long ‘elven’ ears and a long green reptilian tail.
Unlike the others ,SCP-MOON-0 seems incapable of speech in the traditional sense. Instead it seems to communicate through its own series of computer binary codes the foundation has slowly been picking apart to establish communications.
SCP-MOON-0 is by no means hostile, although a bit more otherworldly in nature to its counterparts. Its personality seems to share the same hint of mischief in all SCP-MOON’s ,but not much can be discerned.
Given its communication methods , foundation staff requested to evaluate whether SCP-MOON-0 could possibly be a robot and found its biology to be far too organic to ‘just be a machine.’
When its scales were compared to that of other reptiles no clean cut match could be found. Foundation questions whether SCP-MOON-0 is a ‘lizard person’ or the ‘alien form’ referenced by SCP-MOON-1.
SCP-MOON-0 or ‘PearlescentMoo’ as it prefers to be called seems to possess X-ray and heat vision as it’s revealed to be aware of the SCP’s nearest to it , and proceeded to ask questions about them through drawings on its walls. Upon further study the foundation has discovered it can see up to 1024 cubic meters in any direction it pleases.
When a D-Class personnel was left within SCP-MOON-0’s enclosure the subject expressed little interest in the individual remaining in a sitting position. The D-Class was ordered to attack SCP-MOON-0 to try and observe its behavior.
Upon making contact with SCP-MOON-0 the D-Class vanished into a cloud of green leaving a green computer chip on the floor. Upon retrieval staff found it contained the D-Class within it. Despite the foundation's many attempts, code encasing the subject cannot be altered, without SCP-MOON-0’s credentials.
The subject also appears incapable of retaining new information unless permitted to by SCP-MOON-0 meaning the person encased repeatedly forgets all interactions after its entrapment.
When asked about its other phases SCP-MOON-0 insisted its existence was different from its counterparts with a series of binary the foundation has recently decoded. This line of binary translates into “alternate”. Foundation has yet to confirm what ‘alternate’ means.
