Reply: Okay so I know people are gonna flame me for this but hear me out: Vergilius, the Red Gaze, beats the Indigo Elder
So like the red gaze is fast. Like real fast, he can probably speedblitz the Indigo Elder and have the first move. Like fr, sure the Elder killed two of those Calamities in the Great Lake, but have you seen the weapon he wields? Pretty big and slow if you ask me.
He probably struggles in landing a hit on the Red GOAT and would probably be worn down ‘cuz of the dude’s age. At best, the Red Gaze takes this win with a mid-diff fr.
I mean have you seen the shit wrought in during his fight against the Purple Tear some time ago, the one that nearly destroyed an entire Nest? I doubt that the Indigo Elder can replicate the sheer destruction if he ever fought her fr.
It’s just like the season 2 finale of the Cloudburst Blade where Nobunaga and Akahiro fought to the death on the mountain shrine in District 17, their blades’ slashes and shit destroying the surrounding area as if they can’t handle their aura. Man that finale was peak cinema!

What a load of bs. The Indigo Elder would manhandle the Red Gaze any day. People these days don’t take Battle IQ into account. The Elder has spent uncountable years perfecting his craft of hunting down the biggest Whales in the Great Lake. The guy killed two of those Calamities singlehandedly with his smarts and power alone. If he lands one good hit in with his arbalest, the Red Gaze would be renamed the Red Smear in the pavement. Neg-diff easily.

I dunno about you two. I’d say they are both pretty even. They both clearly have specific specialties that cater to their line of work as Colors. And it’s not like they're gonna fight each other to the death, you know? Two Colors fighting could spell doom on some poor District they’re in. And a lot of paperwork for the Hana to deal with.

I can’t really make a conclusive statement on the two Colors tbh. I’ve never personally seen how they fought against their enemies, only hearing of what their feats are in the Fixers Monthly editorials.

@DeadlyWhaler78 nah dude. The Red Gaze mogs him. I saw the guy vs a former sottocapo, ragebaitied her ass so hard he's not even trying. I heard from rumors recently in the place I’m stuck in about him facing some sort of giant ass G Corp roach monster in his last mission.

Have there been any recent sightings of the Red Gaze recently? The last we saw him was during the raid on an Urban Nightmare threat called La Manchaland. Still as sullen as ever…

Yeah, I've seen him on a mission in Hongyuan. Heard he's working for some small corpo called Limbus Company. Never knew what job he took for them though. And I've seen one of their troops before. The clearance team, I believe? They were pretty standard scout troopers, if I'm being honest. Only thing odd about them is their mags filled to the brim with bullets. Reeeal expensive ones at that. Definitely a small company…

Still, these are two Colors capable of wiping out entire Syndicates, or better yet, destroying entire Finger subsidiaries on their own. Maybe crippling a Finger branch. The Black Silence did it, and they got away with it. You have to have a death wish or be a complete idiot if they place you on top of their shit list.

Keep dreaming, kid. Don't come crying back if BoltDefense ever made a Fixer Battle between those two and the red gaze lost. Stay on that side. And everyone will know who's the true GOAT in the fixer scene.

Even on the internet, one must practice proper decorum and manners towards your superiors. All of you are fortunate that the Thumb does not dole out punishment for your disrespect of both Colors. Partly due to certain geographical constraints. On another note; the Thumb does not and will never associate itself with the eternal dishonor of Famiglia Bognatelli.
