Summary
A once lost hatching of the vast ocean, Semeru has not only found a home as Captain of the Guard protecting the royal family, Naga Palace, and the Merfolk Capital citizens, but a sense of purpose. With an unexpected blossoming relationship with a landweller, everything in Semeru's life seems to be set in stone.
On the occasion of King Krakatoa's birthday celebration, a visitor bearing gifts and questions about things once buried upends everything Semeru once knew. Soon after, calamity ensues.
Now, not only is Semeru, with the assistance of his lover Amanirenas Warung, along with a few old and new friends, the silver-haired Merfolk sets out on a journey of acceptance, discovery, action, adventure, romance, and lost and found family.
