Summary
Mutants have been fairly common in the last few generations, to the point where human-mutant hybrids are not an unusual sight. As the years went on, however, one question always remained: How did they come about?
The earliest record of them had them essentially showing up one day and asserting themselves into ‘normal’ life. Asking where they came from often led to awkward sidestepping and/or frantic avoidance.
For decades, it went on like this. To the point that the curiosity remained, but the question was considered too taboo to raise.
With the start of a new TWF season, it seemed as though that status quo wouldn’t change. However, when a young, heavily injury mutant girl is dropped off at the Dextra HQ doorstep, those questions can’t simply be ignored anymore.
