Grian'd be lying if he said his heart didn't miss a beat by Scar's immediate defensiveness for him. He felt his ears get just the bit warmer by the second, his body relaxing into the little quarrel the athlete was currently having by himself.
However it all become too much too quick.
"You're dashing, cute, smart- not only a nerdy smart but smart, you're..." Scar didn't realise how the boy's face become more and more similar to a well-grown beet as he kept on his little mission of describing him as the way his eyes, his heart saw him, as how the world should be seeing him. He'd scream to everyone and everything about how amazing the boy is, letting the world know, if he could. There weren't any reason to not to. Grian is an amazing human being.
