   Summary

   Kai felt like he had been stuck in the land of monsters forever, at some point he stopped wanting to keep going, all he felt was his consuming loneliness digging away at him.

   One day he escapes and appears back in Ninjago city. But it's not his Ninjago City and no one seems to recognize him, as if he has been removed from his very own existence.

   Kai gets transported to the movie universe from the land of monsters. Angst ensues.
