Ava woke up on the couch. Which made sense, considering that's where she fell asleep. However, what didn't make sense was the blanket laid over her.
She peeked an eye open, catching sight of the fluffy blanket.
The team had decided when they first moved in that everyone gets their own colors, after one too many instances of them getting their belongings mixed up. The blanket was light green, which meant it was either Toni's or Bob's then. Most likely Toni's, considering they prefer lighter colors.
Ava glanced around for her girlfriend. Usually they'll sit with Ava whenever she falls asleep. In case they have a nightmare or flare up. If they aren't here, one of the others must have needed their help for something.
They'll probably be back later, Ava decided. For now she just curled into the blanket again.
