Summary
EDIT: This is now being revamped into an all new and improved prose version! I'm leaving this original script version up, but I recommend reading the new prose version instead.
Ren Kosugi moves to the Hoenn region with no idea what she is going to do with her life, but it isn't long before she gets sucked, perhaps reluctantly, into the family business of pokemon training. But this is a tumultuous time in the normally peaceful Hoenn and Ren is about to be caught in the middle of it. Will Ren and her team stop the awakening of a primal horror and save the world? Will they survive and become champions? Statistically speaking not all of them. This nuzlocke has all of that good stuff we've come to expect: friendship, adventure, brawling, trust, responsibility, guilt, loss, heartbreak, and working through personal trauma (plus poke-shenanigans, am I right?).
This is based on an OmegaRuby nuzlocke run completed in 2015. It's is pretty character driven since the game plot is very basic, but character is what I'm best at. Interpersonal relationships of all stripes feature pretty heavily. Also give it a read for world-building and diversity.

Not a fan of scripts of or written Nuzlockes, but this one is ADORABLE. Well written, thoughtful, and home to some of the best characters I've ever read. Please read, it's a delight.
