Summary
Post-canon. Robert was turned into a vampire during his early days as Mecha Man. He keeps the secret from everyone - Mecha Man is a powerless human after all, he's already the family failure, he doesn't need more added to the pile of disappointments - but his condition worsens after the coma.
He managed the first months working with SDN, partially by being still focused on defeating Shroud and managing the Z-Team. Now that Shroud is dead, he needs to discover what to do now that he has no meaning and the Z-Teamers are managing themselves after coming a long way.
And, on top of all that, there is the hunger that never goes away. It all would be easier if he could keep his eyes away from Flambae for more than five minutes.+
