Summary
This a fic based in summer year 2 of stardew valley.
Tyler inhabited the valley for a year. It still felt like he would just wake up at his desk with the ever constant back pain due to his desk job at Jojomart. That he’d wake up with his supervisor shouting at him as he tried to make the fog of sleep disappear. That he’d wake up with a post it note on his face and creases from his shirt on his face.
But he hadn’t.
He wake up at 6AM in a bed with sunlight streaming in with creases but without the post it note. He watered his crops and his cat (she wake up before him and would hides in the WORSE places). He’s check his phone for tasks. He’d pack a gift for Marnie, he did like her but the lucky purple shorts needed to be returned. He’d head to town, check the bulletin board, go to Pierre’s and if it was a Wednesday jiggle the handle for ten minutes banging on the door so he could by seeds. Seriously who closes on a Wednesday! He’d think to himself. Then he’d go to the farm, sneak off to the mines or Community Centre. No matter how many times he wake up still in the valley he’d still always feel like it was a dream because this place was out of his dreams.
