Summary
This is an AU of The Hobbit.
There was once a dwarven prince forced into exile from his homeland and peoples due to the conniving schemes of others. Forced to survive by the skill of his hands, the young prince travels far, finding little refuge in the harsh world of Man before settling on the out skirts of the Shire. After tragedy and great calamity befalls his people, the prince decides to embark on a mission to reclaim his stolen home, reunite his peoples, and take back the throne.
There was once a hobbit of no renown, who lived a quiet peaceful life in the Shire. That is until he finds himself recruited to join a company of dwarves set on a quest, a very dangerous quest to reclaim a kingdom that was taken by a dragon. For a sensible hobbit that would be a foolish thing to do, and yet this particular hobbit can't seem to refuse this dwarven prince's call. Even if that dwarf prince is stubborn, rude, and oh so incredibly handsome. The hobbit will help this prince if he can.
