Heather Chandler woke up Saturday morning, head pounding, the satin bedsheets of her bed messy (like it's half on the floor), alcohol glasses (are those a real thing??) strewn across her bedroom floor, but surprisingly no puddle of blood, since her cycle was today. Her memory was hazy but she had the small grasp that she was.. grounded. She vaguely remembers her parents scolding her for coming home late and took away her personal phone for a week.
By the way, it was way too early for Heather's taste (8 AM), and none of her favourite reality shows are showing right now, so she poured a glass of water, and set it on the bedside table, lazily turned on the television to watch the news.. "Breaking News! Scientists have discovered certain women have a gene which can get other women pregnant!" The phrase alone made Heather spit out her water, wow, what a headline! "Could this end normal male-female breeding as we know it?" The news reporter continued, "More about the topic at ten! Now onto the weather-" She turned off the TV, as quickly as she could, her period was a little late, sure but that's normal! The last time she ever had sex was like last.. month with Veronica. She bit her lip rememberin that night, almost as clear as day!
But that's not the point. She could be pregnant, and the baby could be Sawyer's..! The pregnant part is fine, she'll just make it an orphan or something, it's the Sawyer part that really messes with her, ugh, why would she ever want a greasy little-not-such-a-nobody as a possible baby-daddy?! Baby-mommy? Whatever, Heather will just buy a pack of tests at the pharmacy, they'll all probably end up negative.
6 Different [pregnancy] tests later (and 3 different brands too!)they all came up positive. "God damn it! The baby's gonna end up with a loser as a fa-- ma-- parent!" Heather threw the final test in the trash, going downstairs to use her house's landline to call Veronica about the news, and ended reaching voicemail 'Hey! It's Veronica! Uh.. I don't have my phone right now so please send a message after the beep! *click*' "Sawyer, you fucked me that hard last month, that I'm pregnant with your baby! Ugh! And if you try to contact call my house phone, my normal one got taken away." She ended the message and put the phone down.

After like 2 and a half hours, Veronica rung the phone continously, over, and over until Heather picked up. "Heather! I saw the news, and I- heard what you said, are you sure it's mine?" "Yes Ronnie, I'm sure, I hadn't fucked anyone since we did it!" Chandler hissed into the phone, thank fuck she's home alone. "Oh uh I--, I'll come over, I'll be there soon" Chandler tried objecting but Veronica insisted on going. "Fine. See you soon."
