   Summary

   Evan Rosier gets arrested for being high and philosophically annoying in the town square. Barty Crouch Jr. reacts normally — by storming the police station with a neon toy gun and saving him twelve whole minutes of freedom.

   Now they’re wanted, accidentally leading children into chaotic forest chases, diving into lakes to escape the police, and being betrayed for reward money — all while completely, obsessively in love.
