Chapter 1: 2015(?) PRE ELECTION

Summary:

Tbh, not sure what year this is supposed to be, just wanted to establish that Alex and Henry had a fandom before the events of the book

Notes:

i want to preface this by saying that this is probably very horrible but i had fun making it so that's all that matters.

i've never done a social media fic like this but i absolutely love reading them and ive had this idea in mind for a while so i finally wrote it <3

on that note, here are some fics i used as inspiration for formatting

also i lowkey don't even rlly use twitter/x and never have so i am so sorry if it's completely inaccurate

and also i apologize if any of the timeline is incorrect, i used my book to best fact check the timeline — please let me know if anything is incorrect

i'll be doing multiple chapters, they probably won't be very long, but just as an easy way to determine the timeline.
