Summary
Tommy and Buck had run into each other again a week after their argument. Which totally hadn't been about Eddie.
And they definitely hadn't drank anything.
And there was no hooking up involved.
And it had been good. Enjoyable even.
Which Buck hadn't expected. Times with Tommy recently had become unpredictable, passionate and emotional.
But not enjoyable. Until now.
And suddenly, Buck had found himself back in a relationship with Tommy - which he's totally happy with. It's not like he has a reason not to, even if, when he closes his eyes at night, he can only think of the deep brown eyes and strong, comforting, safe arms of his best friend.
His best friend who had left him to move to Texas.
To be with his son. The most adorable kid on earth.
And Buck is nothing more than his friend - if he was in Eddie's position, he'd move to Texas in a heartbeat.
But he had to admit, it still hurt. No matter how much he knew it wasn't personal.
