Summary
Kyle moved back to South Park last December. On reflection this past year has been great. He's closer to his family, got a raise when transfering his job, and ot a fantastic deal on the mortgage for his house. He's happy with how things had been going. But there is undeniably something missing from his life.
His world turns upside down when a homeless Cartman is hospitalized during the holidays. He has nowhere to go and nobody to help him. Kyle offers to take him in once he's released. Everyone else may have given up on him, but he can't help but give him one more chance.
It was supposed to be a temporary stay until he healed. But once he had, Kyle finds himself extending it until he gets on his feet. They both unexpectedly find they deeply enjoy living with eachother and compliment eachothers lives.
But Cartman doesn't waste time finding a job plus apartment to move out to in no time.Kyle's incredibly proud. But that familiar feeling that something was missing comes back, but now he knows what it is. He finds himself inviting Cartman over whenever he can, craving personal time and domestic bliss with him. Which Cartman secretly wants too.
