This chapter's the only Frisk chapter of this fic, and serves as a bridge between the previous sections of the story into this fic, giving us a narrated sense of how their continued resets are going. Mostly, though, they're here to help point out a couple of the Papyrus Inconsistencies that are significant to the headcanons in use in this series, and to set us up for the flashback of the next four chapters.

They're not the only familiar face we'll be seeing in this fic, but like the others they're only around for a bit - this is very much a skelebros part of the series.

For the first time in this podfic series, I'm using the audio of my first read of this chapter! Gasp! Mostly because I've got a few things going on the next few days, and would prefer to keep the momentum of updates going.

The narrative voice doesn't match what we heard in chapter 4 of Unforeseen Day, but that's in significant part because this time I veered a little closer to Frisk than the combo used back there.

Music clips for the intro and outro are both from: Easier to Lie, by Aqualung. I found it very funny to go from Papyrus unhappily asking "what lie?" to "It's easier to lie," and that was a good third of the reason for the song choice. The other reasons for using this song, and the specific clips I'm using for intro and outro... We'll get there. :3c
