I like the idea of this more than the execution. I don't understand how Sam and Dean could have looked at pics of themselves in 2001 and thought they could have been pics of them in 2011. I'm not sure what the title refers to, but I do think the pacing is way too quick: Sam and Dean discover the pics, immediately consult Cas, go on a hunt, do some first aid, and jump to buttsex. There's no real angsting or denial. I do like the idea of angels wiping their minds for Heaven's purpose.
