Karai Bari was supposed to be safe. Safe and secure and free of overdramatic idiots. Hence why Buggy felt he was very much entitled to his reaction when he saw the World's Greatest Swordsman lounging in his tent.
"How the flashy fuck did you find me here?" Buggy screeched, keeping himself from coming apart just through sheer muscle memory alone. He had not been expecting Mihawk anytime soon - or ever preferably -, especially since he had gone to great lengths to hide exactly what island he had holed up on.
But nooo, he returned to his office and just had to find the swordsman sitting at his desk pretty as you please, sipping the only drink Buggy had around. Which wasn't even half-bad, making the clown pirate quite irate that half the bottle was already gone.
"I asked Shanks." Mihawk answered.
He asked. He asked Shanks. Buggy was going to strangle his dumbass brother. What the flashy fuck? He barely managed to get rid of Crocodile, his soulmate more awkward than Buggy had ever seen him in his life, switching between being his usual antagonistic self and almost praising him, and just when the pirate clown thought he was flashy fine his brother outed his location to Mihawk.

Summary
It's not jealousy. Adrian is adamant about that. They are actually insisting that it’s not any emotion at all. Not even dislike. They are simply completely uninterested in anything that concerns “the human”.
Rocky believes them. Adrian has always been the level-headed one out of the two of them. They are too logical to be jealous. They acknowledge that Grace and Rocky have a special bond after everything they went through together and also understand that none of that will ever pose a threat to their relationship.
Neither are they heartless or ungrateful. They know that Grace is the only reason that Rocky is back at all, the only reason their star has stopped dying. Adrian has told Rocky again and again that they are grateful and happy and wish the alien no ill will. They even helped with the construction of the biodome.
And yet they have no desire to get to know Grace.

Jisung leans in, lowering his voice. His expression is calm, but there’s something tight in his shoulders, something almost… desperate. Jisung furrows his eyebrows, looking like he’s almost debating whether he should continue or not, “That you’re my boyfriend.”
Minho chokes on air, and his sandwich goes flying, almost hitting the group of friends sitting at the table next to theirs. They all give him a weird- almost judgemental look. Minho can feel his cheeks heating up and he quickly bows his head and mutters a quick “I’m sorry.” Before returning his attention to Jisung, and the realization what Jisung just said hits him like a brick. “I’m sorry— be your what!?”
“Boyfriend,” Jisung repeats, a little more impatiently this time. “Please. I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important.”
Minho scoffs, “and exactly what is that important thing you’re talking about?”
Jisung takes a deep breath, “okay so- well- uhm, basically.”

Summary
On their way back to Erid, Rocky and Grace discover a mysterious box. Upon opening it, the two discover some strange changes. Well, perhaps way more than strange.
Rocky finds a new marking on his arm similar to Grace's scar, and Grace finds markings similar to Rocky's on his arms and legs.
Rocky begins to dream and can easily wake from sleep, and Ryland can stay up for much longer than a normal human should.
Grace starts seeing sound when it's too dark to properly see, and Rocky starts seeing pops of colour in his sound vision.
Neither can understand what's happening to them and how they're seemingly linked together, but they know there's nothing in the world that could tear them apart.
(TLDR: This fic will include almost everyone's favourite things! Grace can survive in Rocky's atmosphere! Grace will live as long as Rocky! Grace will get to go back to Earth with Rocky (for a bit and then go back to Erid)! Grace will get to confront and get closure with Stratt! Fanart included!)
