Summary
Alistair Lupus had one mission: ascend the throne and be crowned the new Emperor of his people. And the only way to do that was to bring back the head of Yngvar the Bearded, a notorious bandit leader who had been plaguing the Lycan Empire for several months and led several raids that left several caravans sacked and many more dead. Turn the pages of a tale in fictional history that remains a legend to this day. Not because of Alistair's victory, but because of how far he fell from glory because of his hubris.
