'“Hyung, what happened to you?” A voice calls, just barely reaching Chan’s ears. The words are muffled, nearly inaudible, as he slowly shakes himself from whatever trance he found himself trapped in.
He turns his head to the side to find Jisung staring at him, eyebrows furrowed in concern. He’s bent down awkwardly to reach Chan’s level, hand cautiously hovering over Chan’s shoulder. Chan has no idea how or when the alpha arrived, but his presence, his scent, is enough to make tears prickle in the corners of Chan’s eyes. Out of everyone, it just had to be Jisung.'
