Summary
After surviving a gunshot to the head during the events of MW3, John “Soap” MacTavish is discharged from the military with severe cognitive damage, fractured impulse control, and a growing fear of his own mind. Simon “Ghost” Riley takes responsibility for him, retreating with Johnny to an isolated house in Scotland to manage what can no longer be fixed.
When Simon asks you, a CIA operative -someone Johnny trusts, a friend, someone who calms the noise- to visit, it stabilizes him.
It also changes everything.
