   Summary

   Eugene's mouth says "I have a boyfriend" before his brain files the paperwork. His brain objects. His mouth has receipts.
   Now Pugsley's coming for the summer, and Eugene's mouth has some more opinions it hasn't run past management.

   It started with a wedding and now we're filling in how these two got there. Reading order:
