   Summary

   Hyunjin loved him once, when the world was still small enough to hold.
   In a kingdom built on order and blood, he chose duty- and lost everything. Jeongin dies, young and unfinished and their bond is severed before it can settle into permanence.
   The Gods do not answer. The priests lied.
   And Hyunjin does not die with him.
   Instead, he remains.
   Through war. Through decades. Through the slow erosion of everything that once made him human.
   He learns that time does not move him, that death does not take him, that the world will rebuild itself around his grief again and again.
   And then- he finds him.
   The same face. The same soul. A different life.
   But every time, just as they begin, Jeongin dies.
   Again. And again. And again.
   By the time the world reaches 2030, Hyunjin has lived too many lives to still be called a man.
   He knows how to become anyone. How to stay close. How to delay the inevitable.
   This time, he will not lose him.
   This time, he will make him stay.
