    A little over nine months after the events in Puppet and Master, Link has continued to serve the true Zelda as her close companion and friend. She is in many ways still a dragon, from some of her looks to her personality.

    He loves and cares for her deeply - and he still cannot break the long habit of being her knight.

    Unfortunately, Zelda considers Link part of her hoard, and she is loath to be away from him, or to be seen in public. She knows the fear the Zonai had of dragons, and has every reason to believe her countrymen will only see a monster.

    The Puppet Zelda has given birth and her child has the features of Hyrule’s greatest danger.

    Link does not want to repeat the mistakes and sins of Hyrule’s past, and chooses to find out what caused Ganondorf to need to exist, and figure out how to prevent another from needing to rise.

    And maybe, just maybe, he’ll no longer feel so smothered by being Zelda’s treasure, never leaving their house, and never exploring her kingdom like they once did.
