This is like the prologue/summary for my story

Since the start of humans they always had powers. Although they have developed and advanced in the later years leading to dangerously strong powers. The powers are on a scale from level 1 which is having no powers to level 5 which is having dangerous powers. Xander had been born a level 5 and he had to be kept a close eye on to make sure he didn’t hurt people. But during the last month things have been.. happening. There seems to be some kind of virus possibly in the brain but it only seems to affect high level 4’s and level 5’s. Nobody has figured out the cause of it and it seemed to appear out of nowhere. Xander then has to deal with the horror of it when one of his close friends in the facility seems to get it.
