His bracers already taken off, he’s carelessly allowed his sleeve to slip back enough to reveal the dozens of harsh bitemarks pressed into his wrist, red imprints of teeth surrounded by clouds of mottled blue and purple skin. Brusquely, Shen Qingqiu shakes his sleeve back out to cover up his humiliation. For a second, he considers stubbornly denying everything, lying, deflecting - and just as quickly, he dismisses it.
