Prologue:
8 years after Caine found himself in hell deleted by Kinger, he wandered for a week before finding the love of his life: Vox. Vox wanted to have a night of fun and even wanted a kid but after finding out that Caine was meant to be family friendly he asked Baxter to make him a kid. Caine was very unsure of this but has grown needlessly attached to the kid. Vox and Caine argued over what to name the kid but Velvette took that chance to name the kid Vinnie. She’s the favorite of Vinnie who is biologically male but presents as female. they go by any pronouns. Vinnie aged quickly due to her coding and because of this she’s eighteen physical age but 22 mentally. but she’s only been around for eight years.She can mimic voices of those she’s heard and because of Caine's memories she can mimic Caine's old “ friends” to a T. Vinnie runs the Tower with confidence of her dad( vox) and the showmanship of her papa ( caine) and has no known weaknesses.Vinnie knows what both of them did and pokes fun at it from time to time. She jokes about starting a “failed god club because of their ego” club. She’s very professional with everything, working in the greed ring to keep mammon in check. . No one knows what she does but when asked she manages taxes. With her ability to control the airways and her ability to show people their fears she is the most ruthless overlord in hell. She works very closely with Fizzaroli and her dads but never goes into Val’s studios as she is an aroace and would rather “drown herself in the digital lake” than ever go in. If she needs Val then she sends in Ethan to go grab him. Vinnie cares deeply about consent and never hugs without asking. Alastor enjoys that about her. Alastor has a very small thing for her but due to her age and orientation of her romantic feelings he will never ask her out. She’s even told him before the first time he asked. She agreed to get lunch but she never felt anything between them. Vinnie will never be more than just friends with him and he knows. Fizzaroli is in a mutual thing with her for the public so no one knows he’s dating Ozzie- the sin of lust. Anything
Dad: hey vinnie, can you go grab val?
Vinnie: no. i’d rather drown myself.
Vox: ugh- fine. I’ll go do it. We have an overlord meeting regarding what i did.
Vinnie: you really wanted to destroy heaven? ( i raised my eyebrow at him) Papa called himself god and looked where that got him.
Papa: that was one time vinnie bee. You’re coming with us.
Vinnie: why?
Papa: they know about you but never seen you
Vel: we can go get drinks later
Vinnie: ugh fine.
I got in the car as i got an earful from papa
Papa: no cursing at all today. The princess of hell is gonna be there so you need to behave
Vinnie: why do i need to go?
Vel: you’re a new overlord. Trust me i had to do the same thing
Vinnie: ugh that was like a bajillion years ago

Vinnie: ew- no. I’d rather live in the circus with jax that deal with that.
Papa: vinnie! behave!
We went down to wherever the meeting was. Many people were wanting photos of me but i didnt want any so I just ran in.
Carmilla: welcome to the first meeting of the year, We have the princess of hell with us and her associate with us so please be on your best behavior. Vox- care to introduce us to your- um Kid?
Vinnie: im not a kid b*tch. Just get on with it
Papa: vinne we talked about this in the car
so we’ve had many complaints of people wanting vox’s powers striped from him
Dad: I said sorry!
?: well he needs to saya sincere public apology and pay for half the damages.
Vox: im broke cause of the weapon!
Vinnie: sorry i gotta take this call.

Fizz( over phone): hey vinnie, are ya busy? Mammons trying to get me to a marketable thing again. Im not selling myself again. I told him-
Vinnie: I can't baby. I'm in a meeting right now. I’ll be there in an hour or so depending if this goes well. I’ll keep you updated.
fizz( over phone) see ya soon babe- lova ya-
Vinnie: love ya too
Papa: vinnie come on
I stood on the table

I took him by his head and made him look upwards at me
Vinnie: or are you forgetting who answers to who? Will i need to remind you who i am and the power i hold?
Vox ( weakly): no.
Vinnie: good boy. Now you will give some of your money away to fix it. I don't care where the money comes from but i have to go. Be a good boy and behave.
I left the place as no one was there. Good. I had to see if fizzy was ok. I made my way under the clock and went down to greed and found many police cars there. His imp friends were there with the goetic bird who lost his powers
Vinnie: what happened?
Stolas: mammon really did it this time. He’s fighting ozzie now.
Vinnie: let me go
Police person: miss we cant have you do that.
Vinnie: you sure you want to do that?
I was smug as i spoke
Police person 2: let her go. She can keep everything in check. Go right ahead Miss Lazlo
I went past the thing and saw fizzy barley keeping it together
Fizzy: ozzie- he’s hurt- he got stabbed with- angelic-

I gave him a small kiss as i texted Vel

Vinnie: yeah.
Fizz: how old are you?
Vinnie: 22 mentally 18 physically and been around for only 8 years. That’s what you get when you’re made of a tv’s genetics and an AI’s code
Fizz: but- you have a human body right?
Vinnie: nope. I cant love or anything and when I explain it to people they call me cold hearted and rude! So… i label myself as aroace and THEN people back off?! Just because my heart is fake doesn't mean I can't love. WELL I’LL SHOW YOU HOW TO LOVE THEN POMNI!
Fizz: do you-
He pulled back his hand as i brushed myself off standing up
Vinnie: but let’s not worry about such small matters anymore. I’m gonna be in my office doing paperwork. If you need anything don't hesitate to text me.
As i went to my office i picked up speed and ran to my office closing the door and locking it. Slumping down infront of the door i started to cry. What could I really do to leave my mark in the world without being a sadistic unloving person. I could go to earth and find a job. Maybe get a teaching degree but anywhere but here. I want to see good people int he world but the only person i could see was my dad’s enemy friend. Charlie morningstar. She was the only person who i could vent to. She just listened and didnt judge me. I trust her and what do they do? They shun me for being different.
As tears ran down my face i heard a knock on the door and the food smelled good
Vel: ¡Hola, chica! Traje panecillos y empanadas. ( i brought buns and empanadas) do you want some? Your papa made them not burned this time.
Vinnie: not hungry, go away
Vel: o! Something is wrong if you don't want the empanadas. Can i come in?

My words were final and harsh to her. I cared for her but how could I tell if that was real or not.
Vinnie: hey Vel….
Vel: yeah?
I moved as i opened my door and she came in setting the food down on the small round table.
Vel: talk to me
Vinnie: how- was i- uhm made? Like was it with human organs or what? How can i really love when I don't know what it is? Val doesn't really love people and he uses a love potion which Ozzie hates. He would freak if he found out Val was making that. I’ve been labeling myself as an aroace for so long I think I'm starting to believe that for real. Romance… just feels.. Like a strange thing to me or a language I can't pick up. I know three languages, English, Spanish and Thai. It’s hard for me to understand. I can pick up small words but the second i try and string a sentence together- it falls apart.
Vel: don't tell the boy’s but i’ll take you out to see Charlie tomorrow. I know you miss her
VInnie: why does dad hate alastor?
Dad: why do you want to know?
Vinnie: so I can capture him and be just like you
I forced a smile as I left for my room. I did not want to be around anyone anymore
As I went to bed around 11 I had a weird dream

The girl was choking at her words. As I went to her her arm fell off In front of her as i pulled her back and covered her eyes.
Vinnie: its ok- you will be ok. As the stars start to align take it as a sign- that you will be okay and when heaven falls to die

I ripped off my shirt and tied it to where her nub of an arm was.
Pomni: is- nnghh- guagh Jax… ok? Please… I haven't seen him at all today. F*ckin crap. This- why does it hurt?
Vinnie: because I don't have all of my Papa's code yet. I'll find him for you darling.
I put her on my back as I talked about what I did for work
Vinnie: I do taxes and I keep Mammon in line. It's boring
We walked around the place for a bit as i found everyone else in shambles
Vinnie: go on sweetie. Go back with your friends
Pomni: no
She choked on her words as I took one of zooble's pieces and gave it to pomni
Vinnie: I have to go
All: NO
Vinnie: I need to go!
Pomni: you'll be back right?
Vinnie: yeah..
My voice trailed off
Ragatha: promise?
Vinnie: I'm not gonna make a promise I might not be able to keep.
As I woke up from my dream I laid there for a long while before getting out of bed. Why was papa so mean? What happened to him to make him snap
Papa: hey sweetie, how did ya sleep?
I started making some food for myself as I cut up some
hard boiled eggs
Vinnie: pomni calls you a Big d*ck and she hates you. I don't blame her. I visited last night.
Papa spat his drink out on Val
