You’re invited to our wedding!!! -From Princess Peach and BOWSER.
Reads the card found in Mario’s mailbox, after 25 years of trying to save Peach, the only thing he gets in return is Peach falling madly in love with, guess who? BOWSER!!! I spent my life, dedicated my whole life to her! And all I get is spit in the face. Everyone, Luigi and Daisy, Wario and Mona, Waluigi and Walgina, hell, even the koopas got someone. They all fell in love with someone, but I still wait, because I don’t want to grow old for someone, anyone. I’ve gone on thousands of dates with Koopas, Mushrooms, Monty Moles, and Goombas. None of them worked out. Even Luigi saw my suffering and decided to hook me up with someone he knew. We have a date tonight, and it's a blind date, so I only know that I should wear black and red. Which should be easy, but it kind of confuses me about who it is. However, I should start getting ready because our date is in three hours.
2.30 hours later
I finished getting ready, and finally, Luigi sent me the address of the mystery lady. I think He never really said their gender, but at this point, I am desperate and will swing that way if needed. But the address he sent seems oddly familiar, but I can’t put my finger on it. But it doesn’t matter at this point, so I hop in my new go-kart. While I am driving, everything starts to show the signs of who. I ended up at Bowser Castle… Luigi sends the room number of the Bowsers, who were all sent to this one kingdom, and they live in the castle. I crept up to the room, gulping down the frog in my throat, and knocked on the door. Suddenly, the door burst open to unleash a new Browser I had never seen before. She was tall, like two times my size. She was darker and had red, thick hair that draped over the shoulder, holding a strapless black dress. The dress was ankle-length and skin-tight with two slits in the sides starting from the mid-thigh. She wore black knee-length high-heeled boots with a spiked choker around her neck. With two more on her thick, beefy arms, and a massive green shell on her back like a bowser. But unlike Bowser, she was more human, but had patches of scales on her skin every so often. And my god... She was drop-dead gorgeous. I can’t believe I was after Peach when SHE was here all along. “My, my, this is what Louisiana gave me to work with; this will be easy. I’m Bowsette, the sister of Bowser. Nice to meet you, Mr….?” She said in a low husky voice “Uh…. MaRiO, I mean Mario, nice to meet you too.” I manage to squeak out. “You look gorgeous, Bowsette.” “Why, thank you, Mars. Is that a nickname you’re good with?” She concernedly asked. “Of course, I had never been given a nickname before. But I like it.” I say, but I’m screaming on the inside. The date went on, and it was like a match made in heaven; everything worked out perfectly. She was perfect, and she believed I was perfect for her. Soon we were talking every day, calling, texting, and meeting up. She was the nicest person I had ever met.
Soon the Wedding came, I told her everything beforehand, and I could see that she understood how I felt. She decided to come to the wedding with me and be a bridesmaid for Peach. Bowsette didn't have a side that she was on; she liked Peach, but she understood me.
The Wedding Morning
The day came, and that day, Bowsette stayed at my place to comfort me overnight. I woke to the smell of bacon. And Bowsette wasn’t in bed, which is unusual for her. I get up, slide on my slides, and walk into the kitchen to see Bowsette cooking breakfast. She made bacon, eggs, fresh coffee, and my favorite: waffles. She set the table with everything on it and was washing the dishes. I just stood there, shocked. Nobody had ever done something like this before for me. She turned around and smiled, first dried her hands, hugged me softly, and whispered in my ear. “Good morning, hun,” “Thank you, Bowsette. It means a lot to me that you do so much for me,” I whisper. “Mars, I do this kinda stuff for you because I want to do stuff for you. Now eat up, we have to get ready soon.” She calmly and comfortably says. We finished eating and started to get dressed formally for the wedding. The dress code was that women were to wear pink and men were to wear black. Bowsette wasn’t too happy about the color choice because she didn’t believe it looked good on her. The dress Peach gave her made her look great. It was something different. “This looks bad on me, it shapes me too much-” She says, but I cut her off, staring blankly at her. “You're beautiful in anything. You are beautiful,” I say. She replies with an exhale and begins to speak. “Well, thank you, but maybe instead of staring, you should also get ready, too.” I groan, it's been a while since I saw everyone, and I don’t want to see people. “It will be fine, just stay with me, I’m not afraid of people or saying no to conversations.” She says, knowing how I feel. We finished up and left for the wedding party.
The Wedding
The wedding was at the palace, and they had an afterparty on Bowser’s ship. We arrived there, and there were so many people, toads, bowsers, even koopas. I looked out at the sea of people in apprehensiveness. Bowsette came up behind me and hugged me to snap me out of it. “It's going to be fine, okay. I’m here, and Luigi will be here in a few minutes.” She says. But I am NOT okay, this is too much, but I have to power through, for Bowsette. I’ve got this, I have all the support I need. Bowsette and I made it to our seats for the wedding, finding that Luigi and Daisy were sitting. The ceremony was starting to begin, and Peach walked down the aisle, and everything went perfectly fine. I was fine. Soon, the wedding ceremony ended, and they had food and conversation blossoming. The four of us had talked among ourselves, with other people beginning a chat and coming to an end. Until Peach and Bowser come to speak with everyone who came. They tracked us down and began a discussion about the wedding and how everyone was doing. Bowser became shocked to see that I was holding hands with Bowsette and began to speak. “ Wait, Bowsette, do you know Mario? You two seem... Close.” He says glaring at me. “Yes, Mario and I have been going out with me for the last 2 months, you know the guy I told you about? Yeah, that's him.” She replies, playing cool with a smirk on her face. And Peach joins in. “Wait, you’ve been dating Bowsette for two months, and we didn’t know? How come? But congrats on your relationship together!” She says cheerfully. “We didn’t tell a lot of people because it wasn’t needed. But Bowsette has been good to me,” I timidly say, slightly hiding behind Bowsette. “I actually set them up on a blind date together so they could meet,” Luigi adds in. “ Well, Mario, I hope you know that I, the king of almost all land, am the brother of Bowsette. So you'd better hope everything goes well between you two because I’ll kill you myself. Bowser said, still glaring at me. “I would never dream of leaving, hurting, or anything like that to Bowsette. She does so much for me, I will do anything for her.” I say proudly and loudly. Which slightly shocks everyone. The discussions continue, and everything goes on. And the wedding comes to an end, and the ship begins to land, and everyone says their goodbyes. Peach walked up to me personally and said “Mario, I am so glad and relieved that you finally found someone to love. I hope we can create a friendship together, but for now, goodbye, Mario.” She sincerely said and ran off to finish saying goodbyes. We went home, and I thought about it all night.
