Summary
After a series of particularly bad events the previous night, Kris wakes up on the day of the festival full of dread. Under normal circumstances they would skip out on the festival entirely, but with the soul in control they don't have a choice. Frustrated by their own lack of autonomy, Kris finds themselves getting lost in their thoughts. Are they really doing the right thing, trying to bring her back like this? Is it worth the risks to themself and their friends?
And speaking of their friends, do Susie and Noelle still want them at the festival? Even if it means crashing their date? They can't help but feel that those two would be better off without them.
Their train of thought is interrupted by the sight of Noelle Holiday sat alone in front of her mansion gate. It is immediately obvious to them that she's been crying.
(Susie doesn't show up for the festival date. Kris and Noelle are forced to spend the day together)
