Chapter Text
On a weirdly stormy night Earth, chico, and mars were hanging out late in the daycare, they had a movie night, they binged all of the barbie movies. Andromeda had gone back to her room, so Dazzle.
“Uh, has anyone seen lunar after work today?” Chico asked. “No, actually, he wasn't there for movie night either..” Mars replied. Earth nodded in agreement
Earth added on, “he's been disappearing a lot lately..” she crossed her arms over her chest, worry painted across her face. “Do you wanna go out looking for them?” Chico asked, rubbing her arm. (Earning a glare from mars)
Loud lighting strikes played a deafening song outside. “I don't think we sound.. Lunar can handle himself fine.” Mars said matter-of-factly. Earth huffed, “but he could be out there in the storm! They hate the cold.." Mars signed.
“He's gonna be fine, earth.” Mars started trying to keep her from freaking out. “This whole day is weird..” earth mumbled, leaning back onto the desk.
“The sudden storm, Lunar disappearing..” earth paused before she let out a chuckle “i dont know why i said that like it was a list” she said solemnly. “It's kinda nice to have a break from him to be honest.” Chico admits.
“I can't say I disagree.” Mars spoke while shaking his head. Earth didn’t know how to feel about this. “Anyways..” she said, clearly trying to change the topic.
The door slams open as an exhausted (and wet) lunar flops onto the floor. “Ehugh..” he grumbled as he laid face first on the ground. “Oh my god, Lunar! Are you okay!?” Earth rushed up to him, worried. “I got stuck in the raainn..” he said, sounding very defeated..
“Do you need help?” Earth offers her hand for the shorter animatronic, who ignored it and stood up themself “im fiinne!!!” Lunar gave a weak thumb up.
Chico patted the wet animatronic’s back. “You look like you just dunked into a lake.” he attempts to joke. “I'm gonna.. Go to bed.” lunar mumbled out
As lunar waddled back to his room the three other animatronics just stare at each other. “Hes hiding something..” earth claimed. “Yeah.. but what could it be..?”
