What was supposed to be a fun trip to a memory lane turns into horror as the Bubble World's "bug" not only created an Abyss-tainted Dvalin from Varka's unchosen fate, but also brought in a corrupted Echo Durin, with the Abyss drove him to act on what he called as "Durin of Dragonspine's original fate". As Mini Durin and the others faced with no way out except act on a heart-wrenching ending of this tale, the quill Durin has with him-- his Mom's Pen-- brings forth two additional players to this play; drawn by the strong connection both Durins have to the two newcomers, leading to a temporary truce and a good ending for this tale.
A what-if scene takes place during Part III of Genshin's version 6.4 Mondstadt main event, "Homeward, He Who Caught the Wind".
