Summary
In the year 2038, a disease overtook the earth as fast as a wildfire. The disease was some sort of mutation in human genetics, causing inhumane wings to grow on newborns. They were quickly shunned, with most parents choosing to abort, abandon or put the child up for adoption, ostracized, estranged, they quickly began to uprise, taking over and overhauling the system, feeling sick of the cruel repression society forced them to feel.
Now, in the year 6091, a new governing system has evolved, countries renamed, continents shifting, oceans changing sizes, inlaid among former Chinese soil was Emperor Jingyi, sat high in his throne, looking down at others with disdain, as if wishing to crush others at his feet.
And on the streets, we have The Fallen, Hiroto, curled tight on the ratty mat that excused itself for a bed, hoping he was never noticed.
