Summary
Wherein a young woman, who was one of the Pittfest shooting victims, has been living on the shut-down eighth floor of PTMC for around six months now, after surviving Pittfest thanks to the doctors at PMTC’s ER. The effects from her experience and injuries led to her losing her job, her home, and pretty much everything that gave her a will to live.
But she’s still… showering and brushing her teeth and *trying* to get a good sleep schedule going, even in a technically abandoned floor of the local hospital, so maybe she’s not checking out just yet? Right?
Work title was inspired by Dr. Joy Kwon’s comment to Dr. Dennis Whitaker about him being the “Phantom of the Pitt.”
