or maybe like a stab
with a final jab.
every single phrase
somehow decides to raise
my heartbeat
making me feel meek.
i want to explain
the feeling of pain
that feels so amazing
and makes me want to sing.
it is why you are a poet
you seem to get
and understand
on a beach, each grain of sand.
