Somewhere.
In the grand dust hotel.
Two weeks ago the beast cookies and one or two of their minions were invited to a meeting.
Dark enchantress cookie obtained quite the extravagent form.
The beasts stayed in the grand dust hotel the night after and stayed the previous night as well.
Why?
Simple! A new meeting is planned.
In the same room as the previous time. All of the beast took their same seat. There are a few extra chairs placed for The beasts' and Dark enchantress cookie's minions.
Yet there is still one extra cookie.
Well cookie? More of like a slime, truthfully.
Agar agar cookie.
Not really one that is supposed to be there.... However, she can turn into a water-slime like substance in order to go under the door or use some of the legendary cookies' powers. So there's not really a point in trying to keep her out.
The cookies of darkness had figured out there very quickly, it wasn't really on any side.
She just followed Pomegranate cookie around and did whatever she asked of it.
Yet Pomegranate cookie is dark enchantress cookie's second-in-command so she has to be in the meeting. Agar agar cookie had been told by pomegranate cookie to not interfere with the meeting so it should be fine...
Right?
Sure, the beasts were bound to comment on it, but the story can be explained shortly.
Pomegranate cookie found her in a well, used magic to get her out and fed her some food. Agar agar cookie could digest basicly anything, magic, energy or actual food. Then Pomegranate cookie told it about the legendary cookies and told it where to find them so it could feast on their magic.
Agar agar cookie has been rather protective over Pomegranate cookie ever since. Always found near her and even threathened to hurt dark enchantress cookie herself if she caused harm to pomegranate cookie in their first interaction!
But as long Pomegranate cookie doesn't get treathened or hurt there shouldn't be an issue.
Mystic flour cookie, Cloud haetae cookie, Eternal sugar cookie and pavlova cookie where, suprisingly, the first ones of the beasts to show up.
Dark enchantress cookie was already seated, with Pomegranate cookie sitting on her right side and Red Velvet on her left side.
At the other side of the table Mystic flour cookie and Eternal sugar cookie both sat next to eachother.
Pavlova cookie was sat on the left side of Eternal sugar cookie and Cloud haetae cookie was set on the right of Mystic flour cookie.
"Greetings there! I was not expecting you two to be this early." dark enchantress cookie said welcomingenly to the 2 beasts.
"Shadow milk cookie was being... rather loud." Mystic flour cookie anwsers.
"That asshole woke me up for no fucking reason." Eternal sugar says angrily.
"Please watch your language." Dark enchantress cookie says.
"If you don't mind me asking, what's that?" Pavlova cookie says pointing to Agar agar cookie in her slime form.
"That's Agar Agar cookie, she just follows me around... I found her in a well and she uses the powers of the guardians of nature. Well not Millenial tree cookie or the Sugar swan , but i don't think it would be a better mental image if she did." Pomegranate cookie anwsers.
"The powers... Of the guardians of Nature?" Mystic flour asks with as much suspicion that you can expect the beast of apathy to be able to express.
"Do you... Have a problem... With my... Powers?.." Agar agar cookie asks.
"There is no point in holding a problem with something as futile as mere magical powers." Mystic flour cookie said indifferently.
"DO NOT FEAR! FOR THE STAR OF OUR SHOW IS HERE!" Shadow milk cookie yells as he appears in the room.
Candy apple cookie and Black sapphire cookie both appear behind him.
"Hello Shadow Milk cookie..." Dark enchantress cookie says awkwardly.
Shadow milk cookie teleports himself and his minions in their seats as Burning spice and Nutmeg tiger enter the room.
"Ah! Spicy! There you are!" Shadow milk cookie says obnoxiously.
"'Morning to you too, tiny jester." Burning spice anwsers.
"Hey! I'm not tiny!" Shadow milk Cookie protests.
"You are. You're really short." Dark enchamtress cookie says.
Shadow milk cookie lets out a theathrical gasp. Meanwhile Burning spice and Nutmeg tiger cookie both sit down.
Dark enchantress cookie stands up from her seat "Greetings beasts! Are any of you aware on wether or not Silent salt cookie shall be joining us today?" She asks.
The beasts and their minions all shake their heads.
"Very well. Then we shall start this meeting witbout him if he does not show up in 10ish minutes." Dark enchantress cookie says.
"Would any of you like some thing to drink while we wait?" Esterházy says from the door.
Nobody noticed him come in but whatever.
"Just some Tea." Mystic flour cookie says.
"I would also like some tea, please." Eternal sugar cookie adds.
"I would also like some tea, please." Pavlova cookie adds.
"Me too." Cloud Haetae cookie says.
"Do you have any beer?" Burning spice cookie asks.
"Just some berry juice." Shadow milk cookie says.
"I also would like some Beer!" Nutmeg tiger cookie says.
"Just some water." Black sapphire cookie says.
"Here too." Candy apple cookie adds.
"Understood. I assume you will have your usual drinks?" Esterházy says towards Dark enchantress cookie, red velvet cookie, pomegranate cookie and Agar agar cookie.
He gets nods in return.
"Very well." Esterházy says before turning around and leaving.
After a few seconds of silence Shadow milk cookie finall spoke up.
"So like, are we just gonna sit here and do nothin'?"
"Mostly just talk a bit untill Silent salt cookie shows up or 10 minutes pass." Dark enchantress cookie replies.
"Very well." Mystic flour cookie say before tunring to face Eternal sugar cookie "So... You were talking about that "Other half" of yours?" she asks to the pink angel.
"Oh! Yes. Hollyberry cookie! I can tell you so much about her!" Eternal sugar then just starts rambling on as Mystic flour cookie listens to her talk.
Meanwhile Shadow milk cookie begins conversation with burning spice cookie.
Pavlova cookie, Cloud heatae cookie and Black sapphire cookie begin their own little conversation about different types of ✨romance ✨.
Nutmeg tiger cookie and candy apple cookie have a staring contest.
"Oh, i almost forgot. I need to go grab something. you 3 make sure nobody crumbles and nothing gets caught on fire, alright?" dark enchantress cookie says to pomegranate cookie, red velvet cookie and Agar agar cookie.
The three cookies nod and Dark enchantress cookie gets up and teleports out of the room and into her library in her palace.
It shouldn't take too long. She only really needs 3 books from her library she forgot to bring with her. She can fly now thanks to her new wings, so grabing the books is much easier. Shouldn't be more then like 3ish minutes. Nothing can go wrong in such short time...
Right?
Well back in the meeting room Agar agar cookie, still in her slime form, catches the attention of Burning spice cookie.
He gets up form his chair and just picks her up.
"And what are you supposed to be?" He questions.
Agar agar cookie turns back into her cookie form and just trashes around in the beast of destruction's arms, dropping her mirror on the floor in the progress.
"Put her down, beast." Pomegranate cookie commands.
"And if i don't?" the beast of destruction teases the crimson priestess.
In return, Pomegranate cookie punches the red brute in his face. Which causes him to stumble back and drop Agar agar cookie who immidiatly grabbed her fallen mirror.
She didn't really hurt him.
He simply didn't expect her to be able to actually have him feel something when she punched him.
Pomegranate cookie hides her body underneath mutliple layers but you would most likely not be suprised at her small Physique.
So
The beast of destruction, without really thinking about it, punched Pomegranate cookie.
He hit her so hard she started to bleed.
Burning spice cookie did not intend to hit her that hard.
Even he had to admit that he punched her way too hard, especially for the fact that she didn't hit him that hard.
Before Burning spice cookie could even say anything, Agar agar cookie uses Sea Fairy cookie's powers to summon a gaint wave that consumes Burning spice cookie.
The harsh clattering of the waves would and do obviously cause pain for a fire cookie such as Burning spice cookie.
Right when the waves dissipate letting burning spice cookie stand back up, still with Jam on his hands, Dark enchantress cookie teleports back holding a few books under her arm.
"What.The. Actual. Fuck. Happend in my absence." She says, clearly angry. I mean, who wouln't be angry if they leave for 3 minutes and come back to see their second in command on the floor bleeding?
Then Dark enchantress cookie notices that the jam on Burning spice cookie's hand.
"Burning spice cookie. Why. The. Actual Fuck. Is there jam on your hand?" She questions, clear fury in her voice.
"C'mon Darky~! She hit him first. Sure, he might have hit a bit out of proposionary hard. But y'know~" Shadow milk cookie teases.
"Get out." Dark enchnatress cookie commands. She doesn't yell or scream, yet her underlying fury is undeniable.
"Oh, don't be such a buzzkill! We havend't even started yet!" Shadow milk cookie says while floating around.
"Get out. Now." Dark enchantress cookie repeat in much more threatening tone.
Burning spice cookie opens his mouth to say something but Dark echantress cookie's stare is enough to scare even the beast of destruction.
Eternal sugar cookie cast a spell over her, Pavlova cookie, Cloud haetae cookie and Mystic flour cookie to teleport them all to her garden.
Shadow milk cookie decides to teleport him, Burning spice cookie and their minions back too.
Dark enchantress cookie unsummons her staff and lets out a sigh.
She walks over to the table and puts down the books down.
Then she stars walking over to Pomegranate cookie, before picking her up.
"Master. What are you doing?" Pomegranate cookie asks.
"I'm bringing you to my chamber, we will talk there..." dark enchantress cookie begins before looking at Agar agar cookie "Privatly."
After Dark enchantress cookie finished speaking she teleported herself and Pomegranate cookie to her room/chamber.
Dark enchantress cookie put Pomegranate cookie on her bed before turning around and walking over to a small drawer in the corner of her chamber.
"... I'm sorry." Pomegranate cookie says in a tone a lot more vulnurable and low than usual.
"For what?" dark enchantress cookie says with a mix of curiousity and concern, while she grabs a piece of cloth. Noticeably leaving the drawer open while walking back to the bed.
"I started a fight. I thought you would be more upset at that, i suppose."
"How about you explain to me what happend first. Then I can descide who is at fault."
Dark enchantress cookie sits next to Pomegranate cookie on the bed and holds her head in one of her clawed hands and holds the piece of cloth over the jam leaking from pomegranate cookie's head.
"What are you-"
"Pomegranate cookie, you are questioning me a lot today. That's strange coming from you."
"O-oh! Sorry, master." Pomegranate cookie stutters out before trying to cover her face with her sleeve out of habit.
In return Dark enchantress cookie holds Pomegranate cookie's a bit tighter face tighter. Then she cleans of the worst of the Jam on the other's face and teleports the jam covered cloth away.
Pomegranate cookie put her arm back on her lap and apologizes.
Dark enchantress cookie lets go of Pomegranate cookie's face and walks back to the drawer and grabs some bandages.
"You know you don't have to..." Pomegranate cookie mutters.
"What?" Dark enchantress cookie questions, a bit of anger underlying her words.
"You don't need to heal me." Pomegranate cookie clarifies.
Dark enchantress cookie sits back next to her. Holding Pomegranate cookie's face in her hand and starting to try to wrap her head in the bandages.
"Why should i not? You're my second in command."
"Well, yes. But i started it anyway! I deserved it anyw-"
"Don't even begin with that bullshit, pomegranate cookie." Dark enchantress cookie hisses while thightening her grip on Pomegranate cookie's face.
Pomegranate cookie decided it would be best to not reply to that. She simply looked away while Dark enchantress cookie started lecturing her.
"*sigh* I can't have you getting hurt this much. Especially not when you keep avoiding letting others heal you."
"... I can, heal myself. There is no need for another to heal me."
"And yet, you don't. You don't tend heal yourself when injured. You only use your ability to cast some healing spells as an excuse to get out of other people healing you."
"There's no way i've used it as an excuse that much."
Instead of replying, Dark enchantress cookie simply lays her hand on the other woman's chest. The scar from Dark choco cookie was not too difficult to feel if you know where to look.
"... Right, that. It's fine, it doesn't hurt... Usually." Pomegranate cookie says with a hint of guilt in her voice.
"If you really do heal yourself, it would've been healed by now."
"..."
Pomegranate cookie couldn't think of response that would not worry her master.
Dark enchantress cookie lifted her hand back up and finished bandaging Pomegranate cookie's head.
"There. All finsihed. I'll replace the bandages tonight and tomorow, don't try to argue. Alright?"
"Alright. Thank you, master." Pomegranate cookie says before trying to stand up before being pulled back on the bed.
"You're not leaving yet. You still need to explain what happned."
"Right, okay. So.."
Pomegranate cookie explained what happend to Dark enchantress cookie and then left her chamber.
The rest of the day was a bit strange to Pomegranate cookie and those close to her.
She didn't get any tasks other than to rest.
Usually Pomegranate cookie would wander the forest to clear her mind.
But she just couldn't bring herself to go outside.
She didn't really know why, but she just couldn't.
The thought of going outside made her sick.
It was strange.
She couldn't shake the feeling of being watched either.
Like being observed in a crystal ball.
But Pomegranate cookie knew that it was most likely Dark enchantress cookie watching in order to make sure she actually got rest.
It would certainly not be the first her master kept an eye on her while injured...
After what happend in the Dark cacao cookie kingdom 2 to 3ish months ago, Dark enchantress cookie kept a close eye on her too.
Pomegranate cookie was a lot more reclusive for the rest of the day.
She didn't know why but after what happend with the beasts she only spoke with her best friend Affogato cookie and Dark enchantress cookie.
But for the rest she just laid in her bed, spying on whoever she thought would be up to something interesting.
Her head was throbbing so it's not like she wanted to do much.
After dinner Pomegranate cookie was brought to Dark enchantress cookie's chamber by her master.
After Pomegranate cookie's bandages were redone she went to her own chamber to clear her mind after the entire day.
Pomegranate cookie checked to lock 3 times to ensure she was fully alone.
Afterwerds she just laid her mirror on her nighstand and lays back down on her bed and stares up at the ceiling.
The feeling of being watched also dissapeared after a few minutes.
A little while after she hears a knock on her door.
Pomegranate cookie didn't really feel like making conversation.
But it was probably better to try...
Pomegranate cookie sat up, but did not yet leave her bed.
"Who's there?" She asked.
"Can you... Let me in... My dark lady?"
That sluggish voice is one Pomegranate cookie can easily reconize.
She got up from her bed and unlocked the door to let the little slime in, before closing it behind her.
Right when Pomegranate cookie closed the door she had a feeling of being watched.
Not in a "Being watched in a crystal ball" way, but in a "The shadows are observing." way.
It could be one of those wolf spirit-esque creatures Dark enchantress cookie was able to summon.
darkness magic was a confusing thing.
And observably a pretty tiring kind of magic too!
"Hi Agar agar cookie." Pomegranate cookie says before once again climbing on her bed.
The smaller cookie follows her and sits next to her.
"Is your head... Alright...?" Agar agar cookie asks while laying one of her hands on the bandages.
"...It doesn't hurt as much anymore. The worst jamloss has already happend so, it should stop hurting soon."
"Why.... Do you... Not? you.. don't heal... Yourself."
"I- don't... Know. I- uh... We can talk bout this tomorow. I-it's late." Pomegranate cookie stutters out before turning around and laying on her side, with her back facing Agar agar cookie.
Agar agar cookie went to the other side of the bed so Pomegranate cookie was facing her again.
"You don't protect yourself... I am willing... To hold that duty..." Agar agar cookie says, holding her mirror up.
"What...?"
Before replying Agar agar cookie let out a mischievious smile.
"Simple, my dark lady! I know... A way to... Keep you safe... Forever. I know... You don't let others... Heal you. I can... Protect you. So Then... There is no need... For you to be... Healed."
Agar agar cookie held up her mirror and pointed it at Pomegranate cookie.
Before Pomegranate cookie could even think of anything she could do everything just went black.

Pomegranate cookie found herself laying in some kind of field.
She was in the same position as when she was laying in bed.
She sat up and looked around.
To both her sides there were 2 different bodies of water.
behind her was a large forest.
In front of her was...
Some kind of mirror?
It looked familiar.
Where had she seen this before?
It looked like a larger version of...
Oh.
So that's what she meant.
To trap her in the mirror.
No.
No, there is no way she is in the mirror....
No.
No, no. This is just...
A- a bad dream!
She fell asleep and it's just a weird head trauma induced nightmare!
Yeah!
Yeah! That's what's happening!
She just has to wait untill she wakes up!
Right.
Right?
Her head didn't hurt.
Yet the bandages are still there...
Whatever she could ju-
Her powers don't work...?
Why don't they work?
Even in her nightmares she can atleast use some of her powers!
Not like it would help, but this is...
Worse?
It's not a nightmare, that's not Horrible....
But it was real...
She could bleed.

She's actually stuck in Agar Agar cookie's mirror!
