"Hey Danny! Look what I found!" Ellie called out cheerfully.
Danny looked over at her from unpacking some boxes. "Ellie, we don't kidnap children!"
"But he was hurt! Found him by the playground near the river" Ellie reasoned.
Danny paused and looked over at the little green haired boy in her arms. "He has burn marks..."
"Mhm, seen some other kids beat him up for protecting someone" Ellie explained.
"And why did you bring him home?" Danny inquired bewildered.
"Well I heard there were some child kidnappings happening in the area, so I thought if I take him no one else can snatched the poor little guy" Ellie pointed out.
Danny sighed. "Fine, but if he wants home. Bring him home. We are not keeping him forever. That would just destroy our reputation and I don't fancy mass overshadowing like Vlad did"
"Got it!" Ellie grinned happily, as the little boy stirred awake in her arms.
Izuku opened his eyes to someone humming happily, as he was placed down on a bed. Only to see an unfamiliar teenage girl.
"Ah your awake already! I am just going to look were I put our first aid kit" She smiled at him before turning around and looking through some boxes.
"Who are you?" Izuku sat up and looked around the unfamiliar room with confusion.
"Oh! I am Dani, but most people call me Ellie" Ellie hummed and went towards another box.
"Ehm what is a first aid kit?" Izuku questioned worriedly.
"It's something that helps you and other people heal their wounds. Aha!" Ellie exclaimed victoriously. She opened the first aid kit up and looked back at the little boy.
"Hmm, tell me do you have any other wounds then those burn marks?" Ellie inquired calmly.
Izuku looked at her bewildered. "You want to help me?"
"Of course I do. You are such a cute little kid and when you protected other kid you reminded me of my dad. Your stubborn dedication is commendable" She praised proudly.
Izuku beamed excitedly. "You really think so????"
"Mhm, you are probably going to be one of the greatest heroes out there. When you are this heroic already" Ellie commented and took out a burn cream.
"How did you know that I wanted to become a hero?" Izuku asked bewildered with sparkling eyes.
She chuckled amused. "Almost every little kid here, like to blabber about becoming a hero. Can you take your shirt off?"
Izuku did as requested, while still being far too excited that someone actually believed in him. Ever since his doctor visits last week, everyone said it was impossible for him to be a hero. A Hero needs a quirk after all.
"What's your quirk?" Izuku inquired curiously, as she carefully put burn cream on his burn marks.
"Ah, my quirk... Ehm what was it again? I think we just decided on ghost" Ellie stated sheepishly.
Izuku looked at her bewildered. "You forgot your quirk????"
"Ehm, We just moved here so... Let's just say it had a different name were we came from" Ellie explained awkwardly.
"Oh, where are you from?" Izuku asked curiously.
"The USA, Terrible place really. I don't recommend visiting it" Ellie warned, thinking back to their home dimension.
"Are there very bad villains over there?" Izuku questioned intrigued.
She hummed in discomfort. "They just ehm... What about your quirk?"
Izuku stiffened up fearfully. "I- I am quirk less"
Ellie eyes widened in surprise. "Wow"
Izuku looked at her surprised.
"So you don't have any special powers or something?" Ellie inquired curiously.
"Ehm no?" Izuku denied sadly.
"Then you are even more precious!" She exclaimed determinedly.
Izuku blushed in embarrassment. "No, I am not!"
"Ellie! Dan is back with dinner!" Danny called out from outside of the room.
"Are you hungry?" Ellie inquired smugly.
"Eh I eh a little bit? But I should probably go back home..." Izuku admitted.
Ellie nodded determinedly. "Okay, then have lunch with us and I will take you home"
Izuku nodded and put his shirt back on. They went outside into there kitchen and he was bewildered at how similar her family looked in comparison to her. As if they were exact copies of each other
