Summary
The biggest threat to national security since All For One's initial take over of Japan has been found out and surrounded. The man, who's no more than a teen, that has taken out hundreds of heroes worldwide is standing before all of Japan's available heroes, pro and provisional alike, and he's been waiting. After all, his identity should have been obvious. But he knows that heroes can be slow. So the question is: Is he really the one that's surrounded?
