“You are the scraps I’ve been left with,” Akutagawa spat with Rashomon shifting through his coat in an angry hum.
Atsushi’s perfectly jeweled eyes gazed at him impassively, but he shifted at his words. Akutagawa didn’t miss the sharp, spiked collar peeking through his jacket. The constant drip of blood was a sharp reminder of who he had become, and who this man was not.
Noticing his stare, the weretiger tilted his head to the side, “and yet you’re still a slave to the weakest parts of yourself here.”After an extended overseas mission, Akutagwa returns home to discover that his partner has gone missing under mysterious circumstances. When a deadly group of ability users begins targeting Port Mafia executives, governmental officials, and even Armed Detective Agency members, Akutagawa has to race against the clock to find what has been lost and protect what little he has left. All the while, whispers of a new assassin that even the mafia fears begin to rise.
